Refund policy

At NuvexShop, all products are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at nuvexshop@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for errors in orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
